Earning extra profits and independency at site with MB Crusher
One of our esteemed repeat customers is a mid-sized PMGSY and PWD road contractor who is currently undertaking several road construction projects in the range of approximately 10 km – 12 km.
The contractor had recently sub-contracted part of the road work to a Sub-Contractor and provided them an MB Crusher Bucket BF60.1 and excavator on rental basis to meet their projects aggregate requirements
By doing so, they were able to save money on the procurement of raw material for their project.
Their sub-contractor, after seeking the suitability of MB Crusher Bucket BF60.1 at the principal contractor’s site were convinced with the utility of MB Crusher Bucket at their remote project site which was located in a hilly terrain of the North Eastern part of India.
The Sub-Contractor took Excavator Hyundai R140 as well as Bucket Crusher BF 60.1 on a rental basis from the principal contractor to meet their aggregates requirements at site.
The sub-contractor had the requisite permission from the local authority to excavate and re-use the material from a nearby source adjacent to the project site and were feeding the material (~ 150mm to 200mm size boulders) in MB Crusher BF60.1 for crushing GSB (60mm) and WMM (40mm) directly at site.
The advantages they could get are easily said:
✔ They could sell the excess capacity crushed aggregate in the market, adding an extra revenue
✔ They could minimize the manual labour
✔ They used locally sourced stones for the jobsite, saving on the material's procurement costs
✔ They could meet the project's timelines
What is the price?
Considering the nature of the project and aggregates requirements, they are able to produce 1,400 CFT (cubic foot) per day of WMM which fills 7 tippers of 200 CFT per day. This not only is able to meet their aggregates requirements, but also helps them to source the material at much cheaper rate.
Today, they are able to produce 40mm saving INR 23 per CFT; saving approximately 65% from their previous sourcing costs.
Considering 24 working days, their estimated monthly savings is INR 7.6 Lakhs.
I want to automatize my crushing activity by minimizing manual labour intervention
