One of our esteemed clients, a renowned PMGSY and PWD road contractor found MB CRUSHER as an ideal solution not only for their own project but is also generating additional revenue by selling excess aggregates in the market with the help of MB CRUSHER’s BF70.2.

A Road Project that needed for an upgrade

A Road Project that needed for an upgrade

Our client is currently undertaking several road construction projects in the range of approximately 10 km – 12 km and he was recently awarded a 4.5 km long road construction project by PWD department in the region.

They were collecting the raw material locally with the help of an Excavator. The material was then brought to their project site where they had deployed manual labours to process the boulders into crushed aggregates of 20mm down.

Being a hard construction material, the output productivity per day with the help of manual crushing was not sufficient to meet their projects requirements.

Hence, they had to rely on aggregates suppliers from the nearby region, incurring in:

  • premium cost for the material;
  • facing delays due to supply chain disruption.

How can I get rid of raw material high costs and avoid delays?

Becoming independent at site

Ever since purchasing MB Crusher’s BF70.2 Crusher Bucket which was mounted on their Hyundai R140 excavator, they were not only able to meet their project site requirement, but also eliminated the intervention of manual labours at project site.

This resulted in aligning their construction activities with the pre-decided project’s timeline. With the help of MB Crusher’s BF70.2 S4 bucket crusher, they were able to produce the same 20mm down aggregates at > INR 10 per CFT (as against the purchasing the said material at INR 50 per CFT), thus helping them save INR 40+ per CFT.

The estimated monthly profit is INR 7.7 Lakhs.
