Efficient and Cost-Effective Solution for Crushing in Sites without Electricity
CHALLENGES
Our Indian customer worked at a remote jobsite. The lack of electricity at the project site made it challenging to install a static crusher. Moreover there were additional challenges:
- The heavy reliance on manual labor for crushing and breaking materials.
- The high cost of purchasing fine material, in addition to transportation costs.
- The rough weather conditions, including heavy snowfall, covering the site for nearly half of the year, making it challenging to work on the project.
SOLUTION
Our customer decided to buy a bucket crusher BF70.2 for his JCB 215 excavator already working at the site. The MB bucket crusher runs on the excavator's hydraulic system, eliminating the need for electricity and it provided with a highly productive solution for crushing and breaking materials at site, saving time and effort.
The MB jaw crusher proved to be a cost-effective solution, eliminating the need to purchase 20mm material at a high cost, in addition to transportation costs. It’s easy installed and to move around, making it a versatile tool that can be used in different weather conditions.
