PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING 

Your personal data, collected at the time of completing the "Contact - Information Request" form on our website, pertaining to the domain https://www.mbcrusher.com will be processed only for the purposes listed below.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data relating to each purpose is specified next to each individual one. When consent is indicated as the legal basis for the processing, it is understood that the data will be processed by the Controller for these purposes only, after obtaining your consent (as "Data Subject"). The legal basis for the performance of the contract does not require any consent and allows the Controller to process the personal data provided in compliance with contractual obligations (e.g. providing a service or selling a product). 

Finally, with regard to the legitimate interests indicated, these relate to the instance in which the Controller has an interest in processing the Data Subject’s browsing data in order to enable him/her to visit the web pages.

RIGHT OR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA AND POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES OF FAILING TO PROVIDE IT

Providing personal data for the purposes mentioned above is not mandatory. However, failure to provide such data would make it impossible for the Controller to process the requests of the Data Subject. For this purpose, providing data in the fields marked with an asterisk is mandatory. However, although providing the data required in the fields not marked with an asterisk may be useful to facilitate our relationship, it is optional and failure to provide it will not prevent the successful completion of the procedure. 


RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA 

The personal data relating to the processing in question, for the purposes mentioned above, may be communicated: 

- to those who, within the Controller’s organisation, require it in order to fulfil their role. These persons shall process the data under the direct authority of the Data Controller pursuant to Article 4(10) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "authorised users"); 


RETENTION PERIOD 

The data will be processed for as long as is strictly necessary in order to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.


YOUR RIGHTS 

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) and the current national legislation, the data subject may, at any time and in the manner and within the limits provided by the current legislation, exercise the following rights pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of said Regulation: 

  1. to ask for confirmation of whether or not personal data relating to you exists;
  2. to obtain information about the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be communicated, the retention period or criteria of storage; 
  3. to obtain the rectification and erasure of data;

  5. to achieve data portability, i.e. to receive data from a Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to send it to another Controller without hindrance; 
  6. to object to the processing of your personal data at any time (art. 21). 
  7. to object to an automated decision-making process, including profiling (Article 22); 
  8. to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given prior to withdrawing it;
  9. to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Article 77 GDPR and Article 140 bis Legislative Decree 196/2003) if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the legislation in force.
