With the MB Crusher screening bucket you don’t pay anything, you use everything and... you also get paid!
In Croatia, during the BJELOVARSKI SAJAM 2023 exhibition, we met the owner of the company Ibratech who told us about his latest purchase: the MB Crusher screening bucket!
The Ibratech company was awarded a canalisation project involving the construction of 6.5 kilometres of canals. For this project they relied on the MB Crusher screening bucket..and in just 8 hours they managed to screen 200 cubic metres of material!
But let's take a step back Ibratech is a company located on the island of Krk that has been involved in civil and residential engineering for a few years now.
It owns a stationary crusher and decided to purchase an MB Crusher screening bucket to:
- increase profit;
- utilise the material they were previously throwing away

1 screening bucket and 3 different grids in action
The customer purchased a MB Crusher screener, model MB-S14 suitable for excavators from 9 to 20 tons and matched 3 different grids, which he uses to separate the soil, sift the sand and for the material mixed with concrete.
Thanks to the MB Crusher screening bucket, the company achieved higher productivity and no material disposal problems.
More than 90% of the materials are reused:
- The soil obtained from sieving is reused in vegetable gardens and olive groves, for levelling land or even for the construction of canals and pipes.
- The screened sand, on the other hand, is reused for the base and the covering of the pipes, resulting in an almost 95 per cent reuse of the material. Unbelievable!
- The rest of the material, i.e. concrete, is screened to a size of 0-20mm and used for preparation prior to asphalting.
Which model of MB Crusher screening bucket is best suited to my excavator?
On site with the MB Crusher screening bucket
Ibratech purchased the MB Crusher screening bucket for the very channelling project mentioned earlier. And in this regard he tells us that the value for money is excellent and the initial investment of buying the MB Crusher screening bucket has paid off for him in terms of both money and time.
When our colleague asks him how they worked before the MB-S14, his answer was: 'We didn't! Only costs! We had, indeed, the problem of the cost of disposing of the material. "
Yep, because now the soil and stones that the company used to throw away are recycled, thanks to the MB Crusher screening bucket they are no longer dependent on the quarry and its timetable. They no longer buy the materials themselves from the screened ones and resell them at 20-25 euros per cubic metre! This way - as the owner tells us - "you don't pay anything, you use everything and.... you even get paid!"
"Whoever takes an MB Crusher product will be satisfied' What are you waiting for?
