Concrete

Crater Sand & Gravel allows customers to dump concrete debris in the yard when they purchase fresh new concrete from them. The amount of used concrete has been piling up, fast.

He needed to make a decision.
Option 1: Continue to use up his land to accommodate all the used concrete.
Option 2: Pay to have it hauled off and disposed of.
They choose option 3: Find a way to recycle the concrete on their own.

The solution they adopted is to recycle and reuse the stockpile with our MB BF135.8 crusher bucket. With MB’s crusher bucket, they were able to crush the waste concrete directly on-site and repurpose it. This not only saved space, time and money but also created kept his demolition waste out of landfills.

Which MB crusher bucket can help in my yard?

Rebar

Our customer had a massive amount of reinforced concrete demolition waste after a recent project. They knew they did not want to waste the material by sending it to a landfill. Knowing both concrete and rebar are infinitely recyclable materials, they began looking for a way to cost-effectively recycle both.

Their answer? MB’s BF90.4 crusher bucket.  The crusher bucket gave them the ability to crush the reinforced concrete on-site, using the excavator they owned. The crusher easily crushed the concrete expelling crushed concrete and rebar. The crushed concrete served its purpose as sub base and the rebar was separated to be upcycled.
Which attachment can help me achieve the same?

Bricks

Working with recyclable waste material can be tricky. As we all would like to save the cost of disposing of them but also would like to recuse as much of the material as we can.
Brick in particular is a very tricky material. They are heavy, difficult to transport and take up a considerable amount of room. So why not recycle them? The answer is easier than you think.
Take a look at this customer, whose stockpile of brick waste started to become unmanageable. They considered having them hauled off and disposed of but the cost was astronomical. So he looked into recycling them. But how? MB crusher was the solution.
Our BF120.4 crusher bucket was purchased and installed on their Doosan DX350LC excavator, virtually turning his excavator into a recycling centre. Our customer was able to crush downs his stockpile of brick into reusable size. To later be repurposed.

What are my option to recycle my stockpile?
