Executing 20kms of concrete road in India with the BF90.3 crusher bucket
One of the leading road construction companies in Madhya Pradesh, India, was executing 20kms of concrete road under PMGSY. The customer wanted to utilize the stones beneath the ground by crushing and using it as sub-base material.
They have a quarry and crusher plant, located around 19kms from the project site and the option of transporting excavated stone from the site to the crusher plant and transport it back after crushing. However, even though it is their own quarry, the transportation cost turned out to be significant. Hence, they were looking for a more economical solution.

The BF90.3 crusher bucket has been mounted on Hyundai 210 excavator and it has been working for 6 months in this very important project, crushing very hard basalt stones. The input size of feed material was 300mm and the crushed material was being used as sub-base material (GSB) for this road project.
