A renowned customer of ours, the Road Sub – Contractor Gian Singh, was undertaking a Road construction and modernization project and was searching for a mobile crusher equipment which could satisfy their GSB/WMM requirements directly at site.
They were facing the following challenges: inconsistent supply, high transportation cost, labour Issues, non-uniform size of the materials and low productivity.
They realized that installing a static crusher closer to the site was impractical due to land constraints, exponentially higher capex and operational costs, hence, they started to look for mobile crushing plants that could be deployed and be mobile directly at site. MB explained how they could easily turn their excavator into a mobile crushing plant.
The Prime Contractor, who is a happy MB Customer with more than 8 MB crushing and screening equipment in their machine park, instructed the Sub-Contractor to purchase MB Crusher Machine. Having our ‘Hanging Crushing Solution’ applied directly on their existing excavator would enable them to become independent directly at site for all GSB requirements.

- Input Size: 150mm to 200mm
- Output Requirement: 40mm down
Client was undertaking a road modernization project in the Northern mountainous region of the country and to meet their raw material requirements, they were purchasing GSB at ₹30 - ₹35 per Cu. from a static crusher site which was located almost 100 kms away from the project site.
Owing to this, they were incurring multiple inefficiencies.
