CONCRETE

In Latvia, one of the first models released of the BF90.3 is still used today to recycle demolition waste material. The company initially accumulated the C&D waste directly in their yard, but as a result the amount of concrete accumulated became larger and larger. At this point the options were:

REBAR

It is known that both concrete and reinforcement are infinitely recyclable materials, but it is not immediately obvious that their recycling is a profitable and fast process. But it is with the MB Crusher bucket, which makes it possible to quickly separate the concrete part from the rebar. This operation is not always easy when using conventional crushers, as the iron can cut and consequently damage the conveyor belt. BRICKS

Working with waste materials can be complicated. Materials such as bricks and plasters in particular are very delicate. They are heavy, difficult to transport and take up a lot of space. So why not recycle them? The answer is easier than you think.
One of our Slovakian customers had a huge accumulation of brick waste that was starting to become unmanageable. He thought about having it transported and disposed of, but the cost was astronomical. So he thought of recycling them. But how? With the MB Crusher.
