The jaw crusher bucket is ONE OF A KIND

In South Africa-Western Cape we had the opportunity to speak with Andrew the operator of the BF120.4 mobile jaw crusher made by MB Crusher.
Andrew told us about the experience Louw Diggers had since they added the crusher bucket into their fleet three years ago.
As the excavator operator  he had the opportunity to work with the crusher for a couple of years, and he was never let down.

This is what he told us:

From the very beginning, this crusher proved to be reliable and efficient. We used it for crushing stones and other materials, and it handled the job with ease. There were no major issues or breakdowns during the entire time we worked with it.

One of the things I really appreciated about this crusher is its versatility. We were able to adjust the output according to our needs. This flexibility allowed us to customize the crushing process and achieve the desired results quickly and efficiently.

In terms of performance, this crusher exceeded our expectations. We used it with a 30-ton Hyundai excavator, and they worked seamlessly together. Whether we were crushing materials directly onto a truck, the process was smooth and quick. It usually took us around 30 minutes to fill up a full truck with crushed stones ready to be used.

Maintaining the crusher was also relatively easy. We only had to replace the consumed jaws when they wore out. Apart from that, regular cleaning and inspection kept the machine in top shape.

Add an MB Crusher into your fleet to transform your excavator into a real crusher.
