The Repair, Reconstruction, or Relocation (R3) program provides assistance to repair or rebuild family homes damaged by hurricanes Irma and Maria in 78 municipalities in Puerto Rico. The program is supported by funds allocated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Starting from scratch with MB Crusher
The fury of the hurricanes, which struck the island in 2017, destroyed more than 100 houses, uncovered roofs, disrupted electricity, blocked and flooded entire streets and neighborhoods. News outlets around the world reported, "Hurricane Maria's passage wiped out the island."
Fortunately, human beings know how to start from scratch and begin again. In fact, rebuilding cities and territories are activities practiced and known to humans, who roll up their sleeves and ingenuity to find solutions to get back on their feet. And also find tools to do so in an easier way.
